I never write reviews because I believe typically, people are just doing their job. This will be my exception… From the moment we started working with Jake, things went as smoothly as possible. From getting our house staged, getting over 70 viewings in 3 weeks, giving us the perfect contacts for any work that was required to our house (most people don’t understand how important that is) negotiating a price that worked for us, to being available at all times, right down to the input/feedback he gave us to make things easier on us! For our Dream house he was able to secure us… The amount of work he put into suggesting, finding and getting us a price we could afford left me in complete awe. It’s been one full day since the papers have been signed, a full nights sleep and three dog walks and I’m still in complete disbelief that he was able to make this work. We can’t thank Jake enough for EVERYTHING!
